1- Copy of Ownership Document and Property document (PD), certified by the real estate registration (VL 6 months).

6- Stability Certificate (for additional floor/s). 
7- No objection Letter from third parties such as the Supreme Council of health, Awqaf ,… etc.

In order to submit applications to Qatar Civil Defense, a number of documents must be available with the consultant offices. Any drawing submitted must contain a standard Cover Page, and a Guidance checklist must be submitted with the very first submission of each application type. National Security Department:
The design proposal must be submitted to SSD by Contractor. The design proposal will be reviewed by a team of the license department. The Technical specifications will be reviewed by license team. All Detailed drawings and position of cameras will reviewed according to SSD Standards of Specifications.
